Diani Taylor Eckerson | Of Counsel
Diani is a new member of the Bar, and has been with the firm since January 2017. She has been gaining broad experience in environmental and land use law working with other attorneys at the firm on a variety of matters. Diani is also a fifth-generation shellfish farmer and spends some of her time working for her family business, Taylor Shellfish Farms, Inc., on climate policy and other public affairs matters for the company. Her prior experience at Taylor Shellfish also includes local, state, and federal permitting and regulatory compliance for shellfish farms, and representing the company in a number of policy matters at the state and federal level. Prior to joining the firm, Diani was a Law Clerk with the National Ocean Council at the White House Council on Environmental Quality where she helped implement President Obama’s U.S. ocean policy.
