Billy Plauché invited to Natural Resource Damages Conference

Partner Billy Plauché  has been invited speak at the Natural Resource Damages (NRD) Conference March 12 &13, 2015 The conference will be held at the Thurman Arnold Building located at 555 Twelfth Street, NW in Washington, DC 20004.  Specifically, Billy will present on the topic of  NRD Litigation: Lessons from Recent Cases on March 12th at 10:00 am EST.

It will feature a nationally recognized faculty including high-ranking government policy-makers, senior corporate in-house counsel, private practitioners with notable expertise in developing effective strategies in NRD litigation, and best-in-class experts including environmental scientists and economists.
